I have been a Florida Licensed Realtor for over 25 years. I have owned property in the Florida Keys for over 20 years and have lived and worked here for over 12 years. I supervised the construction of our home here. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors. I am a member of the Marathon and Lower Keys Board of Realtors and served on the Board of Directors for several years.

I am an agent in the Marathon Office of the Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company. We are the largest real estate company in the Florida Keys with five offices throughout the Keys. We are a Single Agency Company. I specialize in personal service for my clients with all of their real estate needs. My lengthy experience in real estate here has afforded me an in depth knowledge of the Florida Keys real estate market as well as the ever changing land development regulations in our area.
